 - HOW TO CHANGE THE ENTIRE LCD On All Models. The LCD is not the glass, It is the entire display. Changing the glass is possible, but requires lots of skill and expensive equipment. Due to the difficulty required, most businesses change the entire display. So you won't have to worry about doing complicated things to succeed.

All models from iPhone 6 to iPhone 11 Pro Max

The most common repair is front screen repair. This means the entire display is swapped out.

We do not change the glass, we swap the entire LCD because glass only repair is riskier.
What Tools will I need? How much will they cost?
There are several kits available and I show you where to find the best ones when you take the training. The required tools only cost $25 bucks

I recommend very specific tools and explain why you should use them.

I show you where to get the tools you need to start your business on a budget, and even recommend tools if you aren't on a budget.

It is not necessary to spend a bunch of money to start out because you can do a couple of repairs and reinvest your profits. (This is called flipping)
Where Can I Find Quality Parts?
This information is shared exclusively with my students. I provide a list of vendors that I have personally worked with and vetted. My vendors offer lifetime warranties on all parts, so you can offer your customers the same. These vendors are based in the USA, so shipping is very fast. The vendors also ship internationally for those in other countries as well.

How do I become certified?
We discuss available certifications, independent contract gigs, and business current events in our exclusive group chat. I personally recommend my students for certifications when they are available. I've been doing this for three years without one, It is simply an accolade and does not impact your business.
Where Can I find damaged phones to flip?
(Local Marketplace, Online, etc.)

I show you where to buy your training devices. We will be using cracked electronics for your training so you can repair the device and then resell It so you can make your money back, these range from $20-50. And most of my students even make a profit on their training devices.
What is the total startup cost?
Training Device: $20-50
Display: $10-15
Tool kit: $25

Total startup cost:

You will repair the broken phone, sell It, and make that back so your startup ends up being closer to $0.
Why do you only repair iPhones?
I never had any reason to branch out. I've stayed very busy rejecting all repairs that aren't front screen repairs. If things ever get slow I might consider It, but for 3 years I've been able to make a living just repairing broken front screens. These repairs are super quick and yield $50+ within 15 minutes or less.
How Long will It take me to learn?
It usually takes 1-2 hours to complete your first practice repair. After that, I recommend using the same device and doing It a few times before doing repairs on a customer device. Once you're done training, you'll be doing repairs in 15-30 minutes per device. My son was 8 years old when I taught him, and he learned in about 2 hours.

Where do I buy screens?
 quality screen can be sourced in the USA and other countries for most models for around $10-30. I show you exactly where to source high-quality parts at low prices, without sacrificing quality. These parts include a lifetime warranty if there are any defects, so you can offer the same to your customers.

 Using all of the strategies I am going to teach you, we managed to grow a seven-figure business in a very competitive area.
